Shipping and Returns
We want you to be happy! Your shopping experience is very important to us.
SHIPPING: We do our best to have all listed items in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order via email with lead time for delivery. You will have the option to accept the revised delivery date, cancel your order, or swap out out of stock items.
RETURNS: If you change your mind upon placing an order, you may cancel your order within 12 hours after order is placed. Anytime thereafter, please contact us and we can issue you store credit or provide an exchange of items. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
All items must be returned with prior authorization from Rustic Loom. Items must be returned in new condition and shipped via insured mail to: Rustic Loom, 1 43rd St L15, Fl 3, Brooklyn, NY 11232.
All Ghana batik items are made to order and available for exchange or store credit only. Custom and sale items are final sale. We at Rustic Loom are ready to help you with your next project. We offer a 20% discount to our Trade Clients on all non- sale items. Please contact us to sign up for our trade program and we will provide you with a coupon code to use on purchases.
